Get to Know Nokia Asha 305 and Nokia Asha 306

Nokia Company, a Finnish manufacturer has announced its newest addition to its affordable mobile phones: the new Nokia Asha 305 with dual-sim and Nokia Asha 306 with touch screen. After the release of Nokia Lumia 900 that runs on Windows, Nokia produced another line of similar products. Of course, producing new kinds of handheld devices monthly means a lot of money thus it is just sensible to produce new products that are high in quality yet easy on the pocket.

Nokia Asha 305- What features to look forward to?

The new Nokia Asha 305 which is expected in the third quarter of current year. It has dual-sim features. Both SIMS are supported by GSM 900 / 1800 networks. Hence, if you prefer two networks then getting this dual-sim phone is a good choice. You will be able to send messages and receive messages in real-time, as well as make and receive calls with this Nokia Asha 305.

Nokia chose an affordable TFT resistive touchscreen for its phone instead of the capacitive touchscreen panel which is more expensive. It looks like Nokia needs to remain in the competition of mobile phones by releasing budget friendly devices. In addition, the new 305 has 2 megapixels camera. It can also record videos with its 176 x 10fps video recorder feature. It has 1110 mah batteries that you can use for 14 hours talk time, or you can use it for music playing for about 40 hours.

Nokia Asha 305 would come in various colors: dark grey, silver white, red and mid blue.

Nokia Asha 306- What’s the difference with Nokia Asha 305?

Actually, there’s not much difference between the two new Nokia Asha, 305 and 306. They both have the same size of screen which is 3.0 inches. Both have 240 x 400 resolution and TFT resistive touchscreen. They also have multi-touch support. Furthermore, camera has the same specifications. However, the new Nokia Asha 306 does not have dual-sim features. Nevertheless, not all of us would go with dual-sim phones, right? Still, the new 306 will have 2GB microSD card which is upgradable to 32GB.

Perhaps, the two new Asha were produced to offer consumers convenience rather than luxury. However, the prices of Nokia Asha 305 and 306 were not revealed to the public yet. Most likely, it will cost the same price since there’s no huge difference between these two phones. Yet our mobile technology has improved a lot, leaving such mobile phones with very little impact to the consumers. You must have noticed that there are considerable numbers of mobile devices which are low in price these days. Still, these mobile phones are good choices. It would meet the consumer’s needs.
